Your healthy weight loss is supervised by a Family Nurse Practitioner who is certified in Obesity Management in Primary Care by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). We offer safe, effective, and individualized weight loss plans that will be right for you. All Program products require prescription and is ordered from a reputable pharmacy.

Transformational Coaching
The intent of transformational coaching is to get to the essence, to the heart of the matter, to explore the ground of your being. We explore light and shadow, fear and joy, limitations and grand possibilities. Transformational Coaching fosters self-awareness, but also goes beyond that- it enables people to attend to the structures which underlie their sense of self (who they believe they are) and then, through a process of transformation to who they desire to be.

Contracted Services
We understand that getting preventative healthcare services can be an inconvenience for business owners, Employers, and Community Leaders. That is why we will come to your place of business, school, office, meeting location, church, health fair, etc. and provide healthcare services for you and your team. Contracted Services can be on a one-time basis or ongoing.
